Ubriaco Raboso Size/Portion:Large (350g-400g) Made with the milk fromUbriaco di Raboso, a cow's milk cheese from the Treviso region of Italy. This is a semi hard raw cows milk cheese that is aged for six months and then immersed in Raboso grape must (skins) for weeks to develop its flavor and aroma and color. Its much like the Ubriaco Prosecco that is aged in Prosecco grape skins, this cheese has a light reddish color and fruity taste with a spicy finish. Pair it with your favorite Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon and an
